Anjana Foundation, Mathura offers free and affordable healthcare services to take care of your health. Our goal is to provide quality health facilities to all sections of the community.
Services Available at Mathura Center
- Laboratory tests at very discounted rates (with the facility of sample collection from home).
- ECG with reporting (at Center; 10:00 am to 6:00 pm): Free
- At-home ECG (with reporting; 10:00 am to 6:00 pm):
- Within 3 Km radius from center: INR 50/-
- From 3 Km to 6 km radius from center: INR 100/-
- More than 6 Km radius from center: INR 150/-
- Treadmill Test (TMT): INR 750/-
- 2D Echocardiography: INR 900/-
- Cardiologist Consultation: INR 250/-
- Second opinion from Dr. Deepak Chaturvedi: Free
- Selective medicines to senior citizens and women: Free

1. Free ECG
Description:
You can get a free ECG at Anjana Foundation’s Mathura Centre. Your ECG will be taken and sent for reporting, and within a few minutes, your ECG (with report) will be given to you.
Please bring your Aadhaar Card.
Timings: Monday to Saturday – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

2. Free ECG Reporting
If you have taken an ECG from somewhere else and only want a report:
Email the photo of your ECG to secondopinionfree@gmail.com or WhatsApp it to +91-8655985774. Also, send your name, age, and phone number.
3. Lab Tests at Reduced Prices
Description:
In collaboration with Healthians Lab, you can get blood tests and other lab tests at reduced prices at Anjana Foundation Centre. This service is available for everyone.
Timings: Monday to Saturday – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday – 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Please bring your Aadhaar Card.
4. Free Medicine Distribution
Description:
Free distribution of selected medicines for diabetes, thyroid, hypertension, deworming, and vitamins (A, D, B) is available for women and senior citizens.
Timings: Monday to Saturday – 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Sunday – 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Required Documents:
- Prescription from a doctor (at least MBBS, not older than 3 months)
- Generic name of the medicine (with brand name)
- Aadhaar Card
5. Free Second Medical Opinion
Description:
Patients suffering from serious illnesses can receive free advice and guidance, either in person or online (via video call).
Process:
- Send all your medical documents related to your illness to secondopinionfree@gmail.com.
- Also send your name, age, address, phone number, and a copy of your Aadhaar Card.
- After receiving your documents, your appointment will be scheduled.
- On the day of your appointment, visit the centre or receive free advice from Dr. Deepak Chaturvedi, MD Internal Medicine. (Chairman, Anjana Foundation) via video call.
